As a Vice President of Product Management who has worked with SaaS, eCommerce, consumer electronics, and digitizing a commercial construction supply company, I'm often asked how I landed at Optimizely.

The answer, which includes working with Disney, heading the eBay Commerce Center, graduating with a Masters in Legal Studies and an MBA in Strategy & Entrepreneurship, and turning around the performance of a theater, can get a bit complicated.

But what has been consistent across my career is my ability to identify opportunities for improvement and transform product strategy and operations.

By continuously seeking ways to infuse innovation, establish best practices, and capture the full potential of a product, I have contributed to record-setting growth and operational excellence in every company I've worked at. My eclectic experience has allowed me to gain a 30,000-foot view of a business and seize opportunities across nearly every area of operation.

At Optimizely, I have strived to create breakthrough opportunities and develop solutions by following a personal philosophy of driving innovation and growth through strategic vision, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.

This, along with the buy-in and amazing effort from my world-class team, has allowed us to boost revenue, double feature output, and be recognized as a leader in the commerce space by Forrester and IDC.

Delivering results, empowering teams to excel, building communities, and driving innovation are the primary markers for how I measure success; and it's what I bring to Optimizely every day.
